ABOUT

White Oak Cottage is a 2 bedroom luxury holiday cottage, set in the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds (AONB). It has 2 ensuite bedrooms, a hot tub, wood burner, EV charger and is pet friendly. It is ideally situated in the Wolds, yet only 15 miles from the coast, and 25 miles from the historic city of Lincoln.

The Cottage

We have one king size bedroom with ensuite bath and shower room, and a second twin bedroom with ensuite shower. There is a large living dining room with woodburner and smart TV, a second smaller living area with TV , and a well equipped kitchen.

Welcome Pack

To help you settle in, we provide a welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits, crisps, homemade jam and a locally made cake.

Wifi & EV Charger

We provide Wifi (free of charge), and a 7kW EV charger (charged according to usage).

Grounds

The cottage is set in the 3 1/2 acres of White Oak Grange. You have a private patio area looking up the Lincolnshire Wolds, but are also welcome to explore the grounds.

Wood Burner

The main living space benefits from a wood burner, and it is set up ready to light on your arrival with a full log basket. Extra wood is available to purchase on site.

Hot Tub

You have sole access to a 5 seater hot tub, sited on your private patio, overlooking the Wolds.

Pet Friendly

You are welcome to bring up to 2 pets to join you on your holiday. We have bowls, blankets, outside taps etc ready and waiting.

Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle are just 2 of the reasons for visiting the historic city of Lincoln.

Situated in the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there are many spots to explore and a great place for walking and cycling.

Natural beauty

Whether its deer in the garden, bird watching at Gibraltar Point, or the seals at Donna Nook, the area has much for nature lovers to admire.

Aviation

Lincolnshire or 'Bomber County' as it is known, home of the Red Arrows, has a number of active airfields and air museums.

Sports

The area is home to many sports, including Horse Racing in Market Rasen, Motor Sports at Cadwell Park, and multiple fishing lakes in the region.
